Holiday with your dog to the German Moselle
A holiday to the Moselle means enjoying time with the whole family, and naturally, your dog is part of that too. That is why dogs are very welcome at Camping Holländischer Hof! Our campsite is located directly on the Moselle and is therefore a favorite holiday destination for dogs. Naturally, there are beautiful walking routes in the immediate vicinity where dogs can run and play. And a refreshing dip in the water is easily done; dogs are allowed to swim in the Moselle. That promises to be a wonderful holiday for the whole family!
Camping with a dog at Camping Holländischer Hof
The campsite features various camping fields, on a number of which dogs are very welcome. Out of respect for guests who are less fond of dogs or are afraid of them, we kindly ask you not to enter the dog-free fields when walking your dog around the campsite. Our dog-friendly camping pitches:
- pitches 1 to 136 (excluding 80)
- there are 4 additional pitches on the dike between the campsite and the harbor
A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed per pitch.
House Rules
However much we appreciate you camping with your dog, it is not permitted to walk your dog on the campsite. Not even for a quick errand. The dog-friendly pitches are located at the edge of the campsite, so you will be outside the campsite in no time. For emergency accidents, there are various waste bins on the campsite and free bags are available.
During your stay, it is no problem to place a small fence so that your faithful four-legged friend can lie in peace in front of the caravan, camper, or tent. As soon as you go for a walk, we ask that you always keep your dog on a leash.
Walking through the Moselle with a dog
You can take the most beautiful walks in the immediate vicinity. We are walking enthusiasts ourselves and have selected a number of beautiful routes for you to walk. Unfortunately, there are no off-leash areas in the immediate vicinity, so your dog must always remain on a leash. However, we guarantee that even on a (long) leash, the nature and beautiful vistas will create unforgettable holiday memories!
